a) Dati di navigazione
I sistemi informatici e le procedure software preposte al funzionamento di questo Sito acquisiscono, nel corso del loro normale esercizio, alcuni dati personali la cui trasmissione è implicita nell'uso dei protocolli di comunicazione di Internet.
Si tratta di informazioni che non sono raccolte per essere associate a interessati identificati, ma che per loro stessa natura potrebbero, attraverso elaborazioni ed associazioni con dati detenuti da terzi, permettere di identificare gli utenti.
In questa categoria di dati rientrano gli indirizzi IP o i nomi a dominio dei computer utilizzati dagli utenti che si connettono al Sito, gli indirizzi mail ed altri parametri relativi al sistema operativo e all'ambiente informatico dell'utente.

I dati personali richiesti nel modulo di "Prenotazione di un servizio" (a titolo esemplificativo Cognome, Nome, E-mail, Numero di telefono, Indirizzo) sono trattati per permetterci di fornirti i servizi che tu hai richiesto, così come per permetterci di rispondere alle tue richieste di informazioni, di preventivo, o di qualunque altra natura.
Ci impegniamo a non comunicare, diffondere, distribuire o vendere nessuno dei dati in nostro possesso a terzi, se non dietro tuo esplicito consenso.
L’esattezza e la veridicità dei dati personali che tu ci comunichi ricade sotto la tua personale responsabilità.

Non viene fatto uso di cookies per la trasmissione di informazioni di carattere personale, né vengono utilizzati c.d. cookies persistenti di alcun tipo, ovvero sistemi per il tracciamento degli utenti.

A parte quanto specificato per i dati di navigazione (punto 3a), sei libero di fornire o meno i dati personali riportati nei moduli disponibili sul Sito, ma il mancato conferimento di tali dati potrebbe comportare l'impossibilità di ottenere quanto richiesto.
